No. In order for us to login to your computer, we would have to provide you with a unique, one time use PIN code that you would need to enter into our website in order for us to login to your computer. The unique PIN code is only active for 20 minutes after it is generated.

Yes, we use an industry wide standard piece of software that allows us to securely and safely login to you computer.

Absolutely! If you experience the same original problem within 7 days of when we fixed it originally, we will login and fix it again at no additional charge.

For Desktops: just bring the “tower” and the power cord
For Laptops: Please bring in the laptop and its power cord.
